Here is a message from Robin about the exciting news that she will be fighting Sybil Starr at the Women's Wrestling Convention (WWC) on April 12, 2008 in San Diego.

Dear friends, fans and supporters,

I am scheduled to fight Sybil Starr at the Womens Wrestling Convention! The current poll in my Yahoo group, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FightBabeFatale_Robin/polls, clearly indicates that my fans want to see me face Sybil at the WWC in a ring match. We listened to you; so after discussing it with Sybil, she and I have agreed to do a 100% competitive, submissions only match at the convention. However, in order to make this match happen, and to help ensure that I have successful trip to the WWC in San Diego from April 11-13, I need the help of my fans, friends and supporters.

For those who attend the convention, sponsorship packages are available directly from the WWC at this link: http://www.womenswrestlingconvention.com/. If you click on the Tickets icon you get the information on convention sponsorships, which essentially entitles a person for a $500 sponsorship to attend the convention and banquet and to sit at my table at the banquet. Same deal goes for the $1000 package, but you also get to have a session with me at the convention. I receive one-half of any convention sponsorship money received.

I realize only a few of you are likely to attend the convention, or that the cost of the convention sponsorships might be a bit too pricey for you. Therefore, I have devised some non-convention sponsorship packages to help defray my considerable costs that I must outlay for this trip to San Diego. I have to pay for a Vendors booth to sell my dvds and photos, arrange a hotel room, rental car, and absorb the cost for a photographer to shoot pictures and a cameraman to film my ring matches at the WWC.

I am definitely attending this convention, but I will only be able to do a ring match or two if I receive enough sponsorship money to offset my considerable costs in attending it. The convention does not pay any of the participants to do any ring matches. My match with Sybil would be one of the main events and will probably take place on Saturday April 12th. However, I honestly cannot afford to do this match unless my fans, friends and supporters provide some financial help to allow me to at least break even to appear at this convention. In addition, whether I attend any future conventions (next years is set to be in Las Vegas) depends on if I make enough money to make this convention worth my time and expenses. It is uncertain the number of persons who will attend the convention, and there is no way to know the number of session requests I will get, or whether I will sell any significant number of photos or dvds.

My match with Sybil Starr should be a great match, but as I have indicated above, the convention does not pay the participants for these ring matches and does not film them. It is up to the combatants to arrange to record any match for later sale by one or both of the participants. Therefore, if I do not receive any significant sponsorship money, I cannot really afford to do the match with Sybil. If I receive some sponsor money, but not enough to cover my costs, the match may occur, but it may not be recorded. Lastly, if as I hope, my fans, friends and supporters come through for me with enough sponsorships, I would do the match with Sybil and also do a mixed match and perhaps other female v female matches at the convention as well!

Sybil Starr will be a great opponent for me. She is one of the most attractive and talented session wrestlers on the scene today. We are almost exactly the same height and weight and we both have lots of experience doing submission wrestling, but we have never faced one another before. I have the utmost respect for Sybil and her skills, as I have seen tapes of some of her matches and I know she is also a professional MMA fighter. In fact, she has her third pro MMA fight scheduled for March 29th in Evansville, Indiana. I wish her well in that match, but I hope she realizes that I do not intend to disappoint my fans and will do my utmost to defeat her in what should be an incredibly competitive wrestling match. THE COMBATANTS

Sybil is 5'4, 120 pounds and has faced many tough opponents like Lia LaBowe, Hurricane Havana, Jenn, Keri/Ariana and Dakota all from WBI, and Jasmine from LUSA Entertainment. Plus, Sybil participated in the Greek tournament operated by Fighting Styles in October of 2006. Not only did Sybil win all her matches there, she did not lose even one fall in that tourney! In case anyone is unfamiliar with me, Robin, or my wrestling credentials, please know that I am 5'6-115 pounds, I have been wrestling since the 90's and I have done many competitive wrestling matches through the years against some very tough opponents like Ziggy, Helen Von Mott, Tina from Sweden, Ana Leal from Portugal, Cathy Aublin from France, Tania and Nadege from Belgium, Kristie Etzhold, Liz Lightspeed, Christine Dupree, and many others too numerous to mention. THE MATCH

This will be a 20 minute submissions only wrestling match, with the winner being the woman who obtains the most submissions in the time limit. It will be fought in a ring at the Women's Wrestling Convention on Saturday April 12, 2008. Sybil and I will be wearing bikinis and wrestling barefoot.

Therefore, if you are able to do so, I hope you would consider purchasing one of the sponsor packages below. If none of them appeal to you, but if there is something else reasonable that you might suggest I could give you in trade for a sponsorship, email me privately at fightbabe@gmail.com to see if we can work something out. Lastly, if you cannot afford even the least expensive sponsor package, but still want to help support me, please feel free to send any amount you could afford to me. If you email me, I will give you my PayPal account or make other arrangements for any donations you would be willing to give to support my trip to the WWC in April.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

We will offer the following Sponsorship packages in order to encourage persons to contribute to a sponsorship fund.

Robins Economy Package--$50

For a $50 Sponsorship contribution, one gets a copy of the dvd or download of the match before it is released to the general public and an autographed picture of me.

The Fightbabe Package--$100

For a $100 Sponsorship contribution, one gets a copy of the dvd or download of the match before it is released to the general public, 1 additional dvd or download of your choosing from the vast LFFP video catalog, a photo cd of the match and an autographed picture of me.

The Femdom Babe Package--$200

For a $200 Sponsorship contribution, you get a copy of the dvd of the match before it is released to the general public, and 3 other single dvds or downloads of your choosing from the vast LFFP video catalog, a photo cd of the match, a free 3 day membership to LFFP and an autographed picture of me.

The Les Femmes Fatales Package--$300

For a $300 Sponsorship contribution, you get a copy of the dvd or download of the match before it is released to the general public, 4 other single dvds or downloads of your choosing from the vast LFFP video catalog, a photo cd of the match, a one month free membership to my LFFP website and a signed autographed photo of me.
