First of all, I'd like to let you know that there is a new series on my website, http://www.lesfemmesfatales.com! YOGA FOR MEN WHO THINK THEY CAN'T DO YOGA! It is a very basic and slow moving yoga class that will build a strong foundation that you can build upon each week. There is a lesson each week. By week 4, you have a 15 minute class that will burn calories and build strength and flexibility. Next month we will start building up to a 30 minute class and so on. If you practice regularly you will see, not only, physical results but also you will feel a difference mentally and maybe even spiritually!!! So check it out! And if you have questions, you can email me at fightbabe@gmail.com. I am a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and I give private lessons, too.
