While putting in some extra workout time in preparation for her next Championship Series bout, Carmen and John are surprised by the arrival of Monique Lavallee, who is home for the holidays. Monique soon offers to help out by putting on the gloves and engaging in a friendly sparring session to help sharpen Carmen's skills. But things quickly turn sour due to Monique's questionable tactics and the gloves soon come off, resulting in an all-out brawl.
